Cylindrical Roller Bearings
The layout of a Cylindrical Roller Bearings is that the cylindrical roller and ring raceways are in linear contact. This allows the CRB to bare large load capacity in radial direction. The friction between the rolling element and the ring rib is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. According to whether the ring has flange, the single row bearings can be divided in NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and double row bearings in NNU, NNF and NN design. The bearing design structure allows to separate the inner ring and outer ring. Cylindrical roller bearing without rib on inner ring or outer ring can move relative to axial direction, so it is suitable to be used as free end bearing. The cylindrical roller bearing with double rib on one side of inner ring and outer ring and single rib on the other side can bear axial load in one direction to a certain extent. Generally, steel stamping cages (suffix J) or brass cages (suffix M) are used. Also available are polyamide glass fiber formed cages (suffix TV or TVP).
